And just like that they are back in. Lucas steadfastly refused to say he was excited for school but his smile and eagerness Tuesday morning betrayed him. Jill gave no pretense about the way she felt. She was up, dressed and had her bed made before I was up. She has the same kindergarten teacher as Lucas, in the same classroom and with many of the younger sibling of Lucas's classmates. When I picked her up the first day the first thing she said with disappointment in her voice, "She didn't give me any homework!"

Man, they are growing up. And it hasn't been that long since I've seen them! Glad they're enjoying school. ♥
Maybe my little non-school girls should come join you and Mia poolside : ) You did say Sept. was the best month! LOVE the pics of your grown up chillins. Can't wait to hear Jill, Teddy and Ezra compare kindy notes :)

I am glad you still have Mia at home...Can't believe you have two kids in school. Likewise Alan and Heather. I'M not getting that much older am I????? It is fun to see their enthusiasm for school - I trust it continues! That's a darling picture of them!
