Grandpa and Grandma have to leave today. :o( I know two little kids who are going to go through some serious withdrawal. This morning, Jill woke up and instead of the usual "Moooommmy" or "Daddddy", it was "Gammmmpa!"
Yesterday, Grandpa took Lucas on the train to downtown San Diego and back. The girls went shopping or "chopping" as Jill says.
Nathan took out a big desk/bookcase extravaganza in the kids room. Notice the lovely original bight orange shag carpet.
New stairs...really will feel better once that handrail is up!

So fun that your parents came for a visit! Grandparents are the best! Your house is going to be amazing when it's done. It's fun to see the progress via pictures.
Wow!!! What a lot of work! I'd love to see the before pics - whenever you get a chance!
Sounds like you guys are really enjoying your life down south!!! It is great to peek in and see what you guys are up to.
